Entry forms can be emailed to C-Lines stables. Unless you have a PDF editor program you will need to save the Word format document of the entry form (right click and choose "save target as" option) to your computer, fill in the form and save it again. Then email the updated form as an attachment to clinestables1@aol.com with a subject line "Entry Form"
